Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
1. Shipping Within India
Toffy Fluffy ships orders across India within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery timelines may vary in the following situations:
- If more than 5 quantities of the same product are ordered
- If the product is marked as “Pre-Order” or “Made to Order”
- During festivals, sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
For out-of-stock or specially manufactured items, dispatch may take approximately 2–6 weeks. Customers will be informed through email, WhatsApp, or phone regarding any delay.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours or after shipment dispatch will not be accepted.
Toffy Fluffy reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent transactions
- Product unavailability
- Operational or technical issues
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
3. Return Policy
We accept return requests on eligible products within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product should be returned with original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase or order ID must be provided
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or regular wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Certain categories such as customized products, personal-use items, or clearance sale products may not be eligible for return.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product

Damage claims reported after significant usage or after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
6. Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup services may not be available in certain pin codes or remote locations. In such cases, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
International returns and reverse pickups outside India are currently not supported.
